The Publican Pub Food Awards 2007 - Newcomer of the Year
We are pleased to announce that the Black Swan Hotel has been listed as a finalist in the prestigious Publican Pub Food Awards 2007, Newcomer of the year section.

An extract from our citation reads: "The quality and quantity of entries for the 2007 Pub Food Awards was particularly high and with the vast majority of entrants demonstrating a real commitment and passion for catering excellence in the licensed trade. In many cases, the judges found it extremely challenging to shortlist to just 4 candidates".

Alan and Louise will represent The Black Swan Hotel at the awards ceremony in London on November 7th.
